I’m what I like to call an extroverted introvert… And if you’re into personality tests, I’m an enneagram 9w1 most days, but I do feel the 9w8 on occasion. I’m also an INFP. I like to ask lots of questions to get to know people and understand what makes them tick. MY WHY
I take photographs to tell a story I cannot put into words. When you look at your images, I want you to feel all the things you did in that moment. It doesn’t have to be pretty…it just needs to be real. People often ask what inspires me, and I always find it difficult to answer. Life as a whole and the human condition, the little things that often go unnoticed and the juxtaposition of feminine and masculine fuel my creativity.
It’s the stories told by people who have lived life well. It’s light, textures, architecture that's seen the passerby of people and heard their conversations. Everything I do is influenced by beautiful cinematography; the films that get under my skin and leave me wanting to create something magical. But after all of that being said, nothing inspires me more than love. The gritty, real, raw, happy, angry, quiet, raging, passionate LOVE… and I want to be inspired by YOUR love story.

Marriage at its very best is a lot of work. Anyone who says differently is kidding themselves. It’s work. It’s hard. It can be painful. But it’s the most beautiful and rewarding thing I know. I am fortunate enough to have a second chance at love and damn did I hit the lottery with Steve.
He is my rock, my safe place, my counter point. He loves The Office and South Park and Game of Thrones. His obsession with TikTok is the bane of my existence. Steve is hilarious and smart (like painfully intelligent… he’s right more than I want to admit) and he’s thoughtful and generous and reliable and steady. And he loves me like I never knew was possible. Steve is home for me. And he is the reason I had the courage to leave my well paying corporate job to follow my dreams and make a career out of this beautiful thing called photography.
